Held When I Feel Wobbly
Scripture
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
— Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)
Real-Life Confession
Listen… sometimes life hits so fast you don’t even get a chance to flinch.
One minute you’re vibing, the next your peace is doing the cha-cha, your emotions are sideways, and your brain’s like, “Um, are we safe??”
And in those moments, fear loves to slide in like it pays rent.
Truth Shift
But this verse?
It’s God basically saying:
“Breathe. I’ve got you. You’re not falling apart — you’re being held.”
This isn’t a call to be fearless by your own strength.
It’s a reminder that His strength is holding you steady.
His presence cancels fear.
His hand lifts what your heart can’t carry.
Personal Application
Wherever you feel shaky — emotions, plans, finances, energy, relationships — God’s not standing at a distance telling you to “figure it out.”
He’s right there, literally upholding you.
You don’t have to muster strength today… you just have to receive it.
Holy Clapback
Fear doesn’t hold me — God does.
What’s trying to overwhelm me will NOT overthrow me.
Throwback Prayer
God, thank You for being near when fear gets loud.
Hold my heart steady today.
Give me the courage, strength, and peace I don’t have on my own.
Keep me close to Your hand — I trust You with what feels heavy.
Amen.
Affirmation
I am upheld, strengthened, and supported by God.
Optional Action Step
Place your hand on your chest, take one deep breath, and whisper:
“God is with me, right here.”
